Consistently exceeding customers expectations is something the team at Churchills do REALLY well!

Every time we go in there, no matter how busy they are, the atmosphere is fantastic and it really is an enjoyable experience.

Cuppa and cake comes at the same time, and within minutes!

(So often they come at different times, and you have a long wait - more than 10 mins is a long wait.)

Dirty tables are cleared promptly, so the sparrows don't hang around.

Presentation of the food is delightful.

The QE2 Team heard how Rachel supported a client who "often finds haircuts overwhelming, with the noise, unfamiliar space and change in routine." Rachel went to their home and the young client sat calmly, distracted with his gaming, whilst she looked after him.
